Course Details
This course develops the first stage of A2-level performance across all skills. As part one of a two-course sequence, it focuses on helping you communicate with more confidence and accuracy in everyday contexts.
You learn to understand phrases and expressions related to areas of immediate relevance such as personal information, work, daily routines, and leisure activities. You follow conversations and texts that include more detail and begin to identify main ideas and key information. You develop your ability to communicate by describing your habits, talking about routines, making plans, and expressing preferences. You also begin to handle more varied situations, such as making arrangements, asking for clarification, and describing experiences.
